- Collaborate closely with Operations and Project teams to evaluate and ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects.
- Display all-aspect service excellence by elevating the organisational behaviour, culture and thinking in service design, planning, execution and follow-up operational matters.
- Manage the interface between Operations and Projects throughout all stages, from concept to final handover.
- Ensure project execution does not compromise terminal safety or reliability, proactively managing potential risks.
- Provide regular project progress reports and align with senior management.
- Develop resourcing plans for project management and coordinate staffing needs with HR.
- Lead, coach, and develop any direct reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Procurement: Oversee procurement and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality materials from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Planning: Lead capacity and production planning to meet customer demands.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide timely project planning support and responsive customer service.
- Ensure On-Time Delivery: Lead daily production meetings, resolving issues promptly to meet deadlines.
- Requirements
- Min Degree in Engineering/Supply Chain, Business or related
- Min 8 years of project operations experience in Oil & Gas industry
- The ability to manage a sizeable team and work with stakeholders across levels and functions
