Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth operations of all transactions, efficient customer service, and high quality of service
- Assist in pre and after sales efforts through handling customer inquiries, handover of vehicles, and any necessary repossessions
- Track and manage collection of instalment payments
Skills Required
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Prior experience in either operations or leasing
Other Requirements
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player able to multi-task
- Class 3/3A driving licence
