Job Overview
The Supply Chain & Procurement Senior Executive is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipping and procurement, and overseeing efficient office and factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management:Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize sourcing and purchasing processes.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and prices.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with agreements.

Supply Chain Coordination:
- Oversee the supply chain operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, including scheduling and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., production, sales, finance) to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Operations & Compliance :
- Ensure Supply Chain policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local regulations
- Oversee the maintenance of supply chain records
Shipment Coordination:
- Manage the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.
- Track inventory levels to align staffing needs with shipment schedules.
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Handle any shipment-related issues or discrepancies
Administration & Office Management :
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including office and factory supplies purchases, and facility management
- Administer tasks relating to office and IT equipment, including notebooks and employee email accounts
- Manage relationships with external vendors, service and logistic providers, ensuring proper execution and maintenance of contracts and agreements
- Manage the office budget and ensure efficient use of resources
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other activities, ensuring smooth execution and coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and shipping or a similar role.
Skills and Competencies
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align Operational strategies with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
Knowledge of Local Regulations
- In-depth understanding of Singapore’s shipping and procurement procedures and compliance requirements.
