Responsibilities

• A key coordination role in the supply chain tasked to fulfilling distributors' stocks and handling communication between international manufacturers and distributors.
• Work in company system to update distributors demand and do allocation of inventory between distributors based on individual situations.
• Execute long and short-range inventory strategies.
• Update distributors on the latest pricing and inventory data.
• Handle inquiries on products and coordinate product issue resolution between distributors and relevant departments.
• Obtain orders from distributors
• Work closely with the operations team, procurement team, and distributors on stock fulfillment.
• Handle enquires such as inventory availability, order follow-up and delivery coordination, and freight quotations.
• Coordinate and optimize freight movement.
• Secure regional sales forecast into the demand planning process.
• Facilitate sales and operations planning to review forecasts and provide visibility on supply status.
• Monitor inventory levels and issues execute various fulfillment strategies.
• Ensure that inventory control processes are in place and consistent with the inventory turn target.
• Negotiate with distributors and solve problems in supply chain.
• Identify and report on issues for improvement.
• Other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma holders in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally experience in the automotive sector.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, specifically ability to compare and analyze large datasets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Review drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.
• Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Quality Control.
• Co-ordination of works with subcontractors.
• Liaise with the consultants on technical and quality issues.
• Arrangement for inspection of works.
• Including Singapore driving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate meetings & daily briefings at work-site/locations.
• To guide Juniors and supervise supervisors.
• Class 4 Driving License is required
• Forklift Driving License is required
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in event electrical / temp supply.
• Related working experience in power and electrical industries.
• Knowledge in relevant software and MS Office & engineering, planning and design software.
• Checking/Update all installation drawings and prepare relevant schedules.
• Prepare cost estimation, budget and control and to check sub-contractor’sprogress claim
• Monitor and supervise work progress, ensure that safety regulations are adhered
• Involved in testing and commissioning.
• Knowledge in Singapore Standards and other International Standards.
• Technical investigations & Perform site survey.

Job Description:

• Perform and validate aircraft maintenance tasks for different aircraft models.
• Interpret manufacturers’ and airlines’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other guidelines to determine the feasibility and approach for repairing or replacing malfunctioning components.
• Oversee aircraft inspections, modifications, maintenance tasks, and repairs within the licensed scope.
• Authenticate all completed tasks and adhere to Airworthy Release standards.
• Document and log the work conducted on the aircraft.
• Adhere to Aviation Security, Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (SQEHS), and airworthiness requirements.

Job Requirement:

• Possess an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License (AMEL) issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS), or an equivalent foreign license recognized by CAAS, or hold an FAA A&P certificate or other professional licenses related to aviation.
• Have a minimum of five years of experience in the aviation industry.
