RESERVATIONS

• Work closely alongside with Reservations department and step in as and when required or necessary

• Manage VIP bookings from the owner's office, Executive office and Accor head office
• Monitor and analyze live availability, hotel occupancy, revenue, and average room rate trends and alert the Director of Revenue of high/low demand dates
• Updates and communication of free sales and stop sell
• Group management and coordination with Sales and Reservations through weekly group meetings to communicate group status, group ceiling, highlight critical dates and inventory
• Monitoring RESA Web usage
• Assists with monitoring accuracy of reservations in tracking - REV Code, DIS Code
• Review daily reservations entered and audit tracking and rates to maintain accurate reservation information
• To communicate to the Director of Revenue any information of interest
• Prepare and validate commission reports weekly and monthly
• Responsible in ensuring all reports (daily and monthly) are completed on time

· Diploma in any education

· Knowledge in the Reservations system will be an advantage

· Knowledge of the Opera system will be an added advantage.

· Competent in Excel application.
