Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for organizing and managing shipment orders in accordance with given requirements and to minimize issues along the supply chain.
- Booking arrangement as per customer request.
- To act as central contact between our customers, carriers, suppliers and all other LSPs.
- Ensuring customer KPI are delivered as per requirement
- Responsible for periodic reports for management review
- Perform preparation for shipments documentations, shipment track & trace.
Requirements:
- On the job training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Able to multi-task, objective driven and work under tight deadline
- Prior experience in handling custom clearance will be added advantage
- Salary will be commensurate with working experience. AWS and variable bonus.
- Responsible and a team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP system knowledge is a plus but not a must-have
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), International Maritime Dangerous Goods or IATA certification is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (need to communicate with key clients in HK, Singapore, Thailand and HQ-Taiwan)
