Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy for a Vehicle Coordinator within the Sales and Customer Excitement team. Work for one of the world’s most iconic brands and join us at our exciting new Porsche Studio Singapore.
The Vehicle Coordinator is responsible for handling the Porsche vehicles’ movement flow, logistics and quality. The successful candidate will help to ensure that all Porsche vehicles movement being transferred to and move around the Porsche Studio are in their best condition and meet all aspects of quality check.
Tasks
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Excitement team, serving as the point of contact for handling the vehicles' movement flow, cleanliness, and delivery.
- Support the Porsche Studio's vehicle movement for display, test drives, viewing, and off-site overflow storage areas.
- Monitor and ensure that all vehicles are in their best condition, meeting all aspects of quality checks and presentation, including but not limited to fuel level, tire condition, and vehicle cleanliness (both internal and external).
- Ensure vehicles are positioned appropriately in the Studio display areas for optimal presentation to customers.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, possessing a learning and can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Required to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays (5-day work week, with the off day on weekdays).
- Possess a Class 3 Driving License with at least 3 years of driving experience and a good driving record.
