Roles:

• Respond to user inquiries via in-app ticketing, phone, email, and walk-in.
• Assist users with app issues, job status and wallet withdrawal.
• Handle and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Help drivers with onboarding, documentation, and app usage.
• Ensure drivers adhere to service standards, authorities and platform policies.
• Investigate and resolve service-related issues.
• Investigate any platform breach or driver misconduct
• Coordinate with internal teams, authorities for problem resolution.
• Collect and analyze user feedback via reports. Suggest improvements based on feedback.
• Monitor customer interactions for quality. Participate in training and improvement initiatives.
• Replying business correspondence with plain language and business writing techniques
• Conducting phone coaching to Driver Partners who breached platform's policy
• Be a bridge between Driver Partners and Users and conduct inquiry on disputes
• Ensuring Driver Partners adhere to service, safety rules, violations and conducts by enforcing appropriate disciplinary actions & lapses
• Monitoring all driver fleet performance for rides, transport & delivery type
• Assisting undelivered parcels upon route completion, including payments & cancellation if any
• Handling of parcel exceptions such as missorted, lost, damaged parcels or missing if any.
• Ensure driver compliance to safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Min Secondary, Diploma in Business or related field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Objective thinker, able to be firm yet empathetic
• Analytical and resilient with ambition to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication & written skills. Problem-solving superpowers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Processing of customers’ orders and invoicing.

Requirements

• Possess minimum 1 year of experience handling Export/Import Documentation
• Possess experience in contract negotiation (e.g. LC)
• Good written and communication skills
• Fresh graduates welcome (Training provided)

• Stock taking, re-packing and labelling of received components & materials.
• Upon receiving all completed PCBA, photo taking of the PCBA and scan all relevant reports for recording.
• Preparation of completed PCBA package & documentation for delivery to customer.
• Arrangement of courier service for pick up/delivery for both local and overseas customer.
• Maintenance of office’s material holding/inventory storage area.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks allocated by SCM/Director.

Requirement:

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant.
• Preferably of 1~2 years of sales or customer service or supply chain experience in EMS/CM sectors.
• Good team player, positive, strong analytical skill, problem-solver, high EQ & attitude.
• Good interpersonal skill, confident & highly motivated.
• Able to work under fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines.
