Job Overview:
Hardware Supply Chain Management team is overall responsible to fulfil end to end ordering process to external suppliers. The Supply Chain Management team will need to ensure “On Time Delivery” to meet requested schedule, expedite and escalate to Head of department whenever is needed.
Ensure all routes is compliance with export control rules and procedures.
Objectives:
Arrangement of smooth ordering process includes:
1. Coordinate with internal Sales Subsidiary on artwork / design base form is duly complete.
2. Global template on ordering process is fulfil
3. Purchase Order creation and Invoicing is done within timeframe.
4. Liaison with freight forwarder to ensure shipment to customers
Accountabilities:
1. Monitor supplier KPI (Key performance Indicator)
2. Manage internal transfer between different suppliers
3. Verify and approve specification and proofs.
Ensure monthly capacity fulfil and provide necessary production needs to supplier on timely basis.
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate order demands by customer requested date, response within timeframe.
2. Work with Subcon Manager to ensure KPI meet.
3. Coordinate and monitor inventories level in suppliers site base on forecast figures.
4. Work with internal departments to ensure order is produce within specification and quality is meet expectation.
Education & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma with Supply Chain management experience or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain function.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Fluent written and spoken English / Mandarin
- Preferably with SAP experience
- Knowledge in Incoterm
