As a Supply Planning Analyst, your primary responsibility will be managing supply planning and inventory for various channels. You will be expected to maintain optimum stock levels, ensuring they are optimised within budget and meet market forecast requirements without excessive inventory risk exposure. Your role will also involve identifying service level improvement opportunities, maintaining SKU data, participating in demand review meetings, preparing monthly reports, and contributing to digital transformation projects. Your ability to manage complexity, coupled with your keen eye for detail and excellent analytical skills, will be crucial in this role.
- Manage and monitor stock levels, reporting excess, aged and discontinued stock
- Analyze all forecast for inventory and develop various processes for inventory purchases
- Ensure optimum level of inventory is maintained in order for target service levels
- Identify service level improvement opportunities from supply planning perspectives
- Maintain & setup new SKU in Product Cloud, Connect and JDE ERP system
- Involved in Demand Review & Pre S&OP Meetings with respective functions
- Prepare monthly reporting (Budget vs actual sales) and depletion/shipping forecast to Brand companies
- Work with Supply Planning Assistant Manager on developing and managing projects in driving business process improvement

The ideal candidate for the Supply Planning Analyst role brings a wealth of experience in supply chain management, specifically in supply planning and inventory management within a retail environment. You possess strong organisational skills, have an eye for detail, and are adept at managing complexity. Your excellent analytical skills enable you to identify root causes and solve problems effectively. Furthermore, your good interpersonal skills allow you to communicate effectively across functions. A degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is required for this role, along with IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and stock management systems.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain management – supply planning and inventory management in a retail environment
- Strong organisation skills and ability to manage complexity
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify root cause and solve problems
- Good interpersonal skills, communications skill with the ability to influence across functionally
- IT proficiency required - advanced Excel + techsavvy Good understanding of Stock management / MRP systems
