In this role, you will work closely with the regional teams to define, build and enhance the Precision supply road map in a way that provides consistent benefits while meeting unique market needs across APAC. In particular, your role requires a strong relationship with Publicis Media’s regional and local investment & commercial teams to manage supply partnership – strategically and commercially – including opportunity assessment, proposal management, negotiations and commercial awareness. Responsibilities

Supply management

• Identify commercially viable key supply partners and solutions – globally and regionally – that allow for a strong differentiation of our positioning in an increasingly cluttered marketplace
• Work with existing supply side vendors on new product features, roll out and adoption. Explore, meet and test new supply solutions that may fulfill our clients’ needs

The responsibilities can be grouped into below main areas:

Supply Constraint Management:

• Oversee end-2-end supply chain operations across all parts of SCM, highlight potential constraints/ concerns in a timely manner, support in solution finding process and escalate on-time (if necessary) to the Management.
• To understand the root cause/ background of any supply constraints and issues, follow-up with respective stakeholders on the actions and timelines and work closely with the SCM team to resolve the issues.
• Support the constraint process and is pro-active in driving problem-solving initiatives and help set up corrective measures as and when required.
• Work closely with Local SCM Team to prepare and report any out-of-stocks projections in local markets.

The Senior Associate - Supply Chain supports sales team in the daily operations of logistics function specifically in the area of PO acceptance and on time sales recognition. This will includes supporting on inventory management activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with 3PL on all logistic arrangement/ issue for incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure on time delivery. Issue sales orders and billings for Singapore consignment businesses
• Perform monthly stock balance reconciliation for consignment stock to Singapore distributor/ Ecommerce enabler. To monitor, coordinate and perform inventory-related transactions in ERP system.
• Process and follow up customer PO in APAC regions, including billing invoice, credit note and verify customer PO pricing, and highlight any discrepancy to sales. Follow up with finance of payment completion.

Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Supply Chain Oversight:
1. Proficiently manage and oversee the entire supply chain process for Better Body Co., ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Overview: Applied Materials New College Graduates (NCG) Program is a 16-month inter-department training program with the aim to nurture future leader for Applied’s Global Supply Chain organization. Experience:
