Tax, Trade, Treasury and Supply Chain strategies are enabled via the Trading Company flow. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain Process team based in Singapore as an individual contributor. This role will be actively collaborating with Business teams to translate goals and objectives into projects.

Within NTC, this role will be working with various teams including Purchase Order (PO) Management and Operations, Logistics, Trade & Customs, Capability, Operations Accounting, Controls & Compliance, Treasury and Tax.

Outside of NTC, this role liase with Nike Business and Technology functions at the Global and Geography levels. This includes functional areas such as Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Global Sourcing and Manufacturing (GSM), Origin Strategy, Logistics, Inbound Deliver, Outbound Deliver, Trade & Customs, Supply Chain (SC) Accounting, Tax and Legal.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior Supply Chain Process Analyst who will represent NIKE Trading Company (NTC) in system and process operation work.

This role supports business and project initiatives to achieve objectives and milestones. Lead NTC Supply Chain projects and initiatives from idea through to implementation. Partner cross-functional teams to develop and manage NTC Supply Chain systems, processes, and internal controls requirements.

The candidate needs to be able to understand business requirements in the respective Supply Chain process segment and recommend process and service improvements. Act as and facilitate subject matter expert (SME) discussions with Global/Country process leaders and/or across business functions. Communicate system changes to the business and various levels of business community in non-technical terms.

What you bring:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years directly relevant work experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training.
• Experienced in interpreting internal/external business challenges to drive process and service improvement. Able to identify business/service needs, adopts best practices, enhance SC value when identifying new solutions
• Familiarity with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules: Master Data, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution. Experiences with SAP S/4HANA and Fashion Management are preferred
• Good understanding of data/information linkage/flow within SAP and interchange with integral system applications
• Preferred additional systems/tools experience includes: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI), Python, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Smartsheet, Tableau, Alteryx, Coupa

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The Supply Chain (SC) Manager develops, conducts, and improves the in-market supply chain include but are not limited to Customer Service and Logistics processes for the supply of products inbound to the LOC and outbound to its first trade customers in order to achieve optimal Customer Service levels and to maximize the On-Time-In-Full KPI, thereby supporting the commercial ambition. This role includes the management of external customer relationships with first trade customers and, in some businesses, will extend to developing collaborative relationships with individual wholesalers and retailers.

The SC Manager manages the supplier relationships with the local Customs Clearance LSP(s) and Repacker(s). The SC Manager will initiate and support a number of ‘exceptional’ processes to manage supply chain events and changes, such as supplying batch-level data to support stock-at-risk identification and physical destruction of product following write-off.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound Customer Service and order management to first trade customer including order placement, invoicing, and customer complaints processes
• Primary point of contact to Commercial/customers/distributors/LSPs for current inventory availability, physical inventory/batch status, and reconciliation discrepancies

Performance Management

Financial Management

• Facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning by supporting a monthly consensus and demand review meeting with country management
• Collaborate with local S&OP teams to understand unique market requirements and identify root cause of Affiliate service issues
• Acquire and analyze information regarding historical data, market trends, promotional activity and other events, historical or current, which impact and influence customer demand
• Support unit and dollar demand forecast reviews (including revenue and samples) with Regional Counterparts. Work alongside regional counterparts to align current demand forecast submission against market activities and sales trends. Identify gaps between current plans and financial commitments, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Work with Global S&OP teams to determine the capability to meet demand, and provide a feedback loop to markets. Act as key point of contact for the region to ensure strong visibility of product availability and/or supply issues back through the supply chain.
• Lead the regional allocation process with markets and regional commercial counterparts to resolve constrained situations, apply demand control where necessary on large or abnormal orders while still striving to meet operational and customer excellence
• Partner with the Regional commercial team and with Product Lifecycle Managers on the product portfolio by supporting regional product launches/ rationalization/ special promotions
• Analyze, report and improve forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level to improve customer service and inventory levels
• Partner with Global LCM on product artwork/ labelling changes initiative and facilitate country bridging stock requirement with global supply chain
• Participate in Global S&OP review for assigned sub-franchise/s
• Support deck preparation for Executive S&OP meeting
• Collaborate with Global Analytics to improve and enhance analytics dashboard
• As Regional Super User for IBP planning system, provide guidance & support to local users, represent local users on issue escalation and new business requirements discussions with Global Process Owner
• Support Bi-weekly / Monthly S&OP KPI metrics reporting
• Escalate and drive resolution of critical region supply issues with Global Supply Chain

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education + 7years relevant work experience

Experiences: >7+ years in S&OP related experience in healthcare

• Basic understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies

The Role

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain exposure to the retail landscape and make an impact on the success of the business. The candidate will be work closely with our retail leadership, commercial, supply partners, and logistics team to ensure that our customers have improved on shelf availability, as well as utilizing analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement and report on key performance indicators to help guide decision making. • Develop and maintain demand forecasting models to accurately predict product demand
• Effectively build the promotion uplifts and manage trend, and seasonality with respect to the DFI Banner stores
• Collaborate with commercial, category and vendors to ensure the timely availability of products
• Create the supply planning in collaboration with the supply partner and monitor inventory levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed

About You
