Specific Job Role/ Scope - Cross Trade

• To handle & co-ordinate cross-trade shipment.
• Support cross trade shipment from 4 business units.
• Support creation of cross trade job in system.

Specific Job Role/ Scope - Export OPS

• Daily export shipment execution.
• Supervise shift operations & troubleshooting of shipments.
• Support future night AOG activations from BD.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Receive job activation from client/ other departments through email.
• Co-ordinate with respective sales/ origin/ destination oversea agents and clients (could be base in SIN or overseas)
• PO chase, and detailed needed such as cargo ready take/ pick up date/ flight details.
• Vetting and send draft pre-alerts to oversea agents and client for approval.
• Checking, monitoring of air shipment uplifting/ arrival and sea vsl sailing/ arrival.
• Follow up with shipment and sent to client POD/PRO upon receipt from overseas agents.
• Update monitoring chart on each event/ activity and prepare sequence of event report if required.
• To update and maintain sales and/ or client's SOP.
• To create shipment through our in-house computer system.
• Any ad-hoc task assigned.

Responsibilities and Duties: Export OPS

• Execute export shipments (Consol/ Direct).
• Scan pre-alert to oversea agent/ AWB to direct shipper.
• Submission of FWB/ FHL promptly.
• Liaising with E-CR personnel for customer shipment related.
• Liaising with warehouse personnel for cargo related.
• Liaising with terminal personnel for lodge in of cargo.
• Handle night phone enquiries.
• Follow up with email correspondence from internal/ external stakeholders.
• Compliance with shipment requirements.
• To check daily uplifting of shipments
• Reporting of Offloading Report/ Follow up on Cargo Irregularities
• Oversee daily trucking service

Additional Task (if any):

• Sharing of shipment discrepancies with suggestions/ improvements.
• Perform STM trucking functions.
• Perform weekends / PH when required.

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of working experience in air/ sea freight handling

Job Description

• Inspect and repair passenger seats, galleys, and lavatories and maintain aircraft conditions
• Install cabin interior components into commercial aircraft, including seat tracks, overhead bins, galleys, side panels, bulkheads, etc.
• Maintain luggage storage area in a neat and organized manner
• Maintain inventory items required for handling the cleaning activities
• Maintain the quality of the aircraft interiors on the operated fleet
• Maintain the interior and exterior cleaning standards on the operating fleet
• Perform other duties as assigned by your superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering/Aviation.
• No working experience is needed
• Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
• Ability to perform tasks in high-noise areas and work at height
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidate must attend a 6-month Cabin Trainee Technician course (including On the Job Training) with assessment. Only those who pass the assessment will be offered employment for the role.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in the aviation industry
• Welcome with experience as Aircraft Technician in Singapore that you have performed maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircrafts in one of the following trades: • Mechanical (B1) • Avionics (B2) • Sheetmetal • Cabin
• Must be able to perform rotating shift work

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sorting and Classification:Inspect, identify, and classify spare parts for aircraft seats (e.g., seat frames, cushions, armrests, actuators, etc.).
   Segregate parts based on usability, repairability, and regulatory compliance.
   
2. Inventory Management:Record and maintain an accurate inventory of seat-related spare parts.
   Organize parts in the designated storage areas to facilitate easy retrieval.
   
3. Quality Control:Ensure all parts meet airworthiness standards and company guidelines.
   Coordinate with Operation teams for part segregate and sorting.
   
4. Documentation:Prepare spare part list, including tags, barcodes, and certification documents.
   Update systems with part status in excel sheet.
   

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Secondary/ ITE or equivalent in Logistics, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Prior experience in aviation maintenance or spare parts management is an advantage.
• Familiarity with aircraft seating systems is a plus.
  
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, AMOS).
• Basic knowledge of aviation regulatory standards (e.g., CAAS Part 145, FAA/ EASA).
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  
• Working hours: 0800-1730, Mon-Fri

Job Duties:

• Carry out driving duties, including loading and unloading of aircraft parts
• Transport of aircraft parts or staff from one point to another
• Assist in ad-hoc logistic duties, e.g. packing or unpacking of aircraft parts, manning of warehouse, housekeeping, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Valid LTA Class 3/4/5 Driving license with no demerit points
• Candidate with Airfield Driving Permit (ADP) will have added advantage
• Computer literate
• Must be comfortable with 12 hourly rotating shift work arrangement to provide 24/7 coverage
