Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and Classification:Inspect, identify, and classify spare parts for aircraft seats (e.g., seat frames, cushions, armrests, actuators, etc.).
Segregate parts based on usability, repairability, and regulatory compliance.
- Inventory Management:Record and maintain an accurate inventory of seat-related spare parts.
Organize parts in the designated storage areas to facilitate easy retrieval.
- Quality Control:Ensure all parts meet airworthiness standards and company guidelines.
Coordinate with Operation teams for part segregate and sorting.
- Documentation:Prepare spare part list, including tags, barcodes, and certification documents.
Update systems with part status in excel sheet.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Secondary/ ITE or equivalent in Logistics, Aviation Maintenance, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in aviation maintenance or spare parts management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with aircraft seating systems is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, AMOS).
- Basic knowledge of aviation regulatory standards (e.g., CAAS Part 145, FAA/ EASA).
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Working hours: 0800-1730, Mon-Fri
