Job Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase environmentally friendly materials and products to support our sustainable mission.
• Identify, establish, and maintain professional relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with company values and sustainability goals.
• Formulate strategic procurement plans for both international and domestic sourcing to meet company objectives.
• Work proactively with cross-department teams to ensure product quality and timely deliveries, fostering strong internal collaboration.
• Regularly analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and potential supply chain risks to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, manage budgeting, and implement cost optimization measures in line with the company’s financial and environmental goals.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant environmental regulations throughout the sourcing process.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sourcing and procurement.
• Strong understanding of international and domestic procurement processes, with experience in sustainable materials preferred.
• Proactive in collaborating across departments, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with external partners and suppliers.
• Strong technical and data-driven decision-making skills to adjust procurement strategies based on market trends and business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stress and maintain high performance during peak periods.
• Independent and team-oriented, able to take initiative while working collaboratively with others.

• Assist in ensuring efficient and effective stock management to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist in ensuring accurate and complete order fulfilment across our various e-commerce sales platforms and flagship store.
• Assist to make booking arrangements courier and shipping companies for the import and export of stocks, as well as shipping for online orders.
• Replying to internal departments on stock inquiries.
• Performing stock-takes and quality checks on new stock arrival.
• Assisting in data analysis of Stock Aging reports and working with the merchandising team on movement strategies for older stocks.
• Works closely with ecommerce, warehouse and retail teams in day-to-day work
• Prepare inventory reports management for review.
• Assist the Inventory Manager to keep close monitoring of both inventory levels and sales volume ensuring inventory level are managed effectively.
• Any other duties assigned by immediate reporting officer or Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion/retail or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel.
• Meticulous in checking data.
