Responsibilities
- Providing operational support in the areas of compensation, schemes, and Third-Party compensation
- Becoming the subject matter expert to handle enquiries on overall of compensation and schemes.
- Support and conduct monthly service company payment related and yearly audit matters
- Work with IT & various stakeholders to ensure that related system enhancements are completed
- Regularly review efficiency and effectiveness of compensation processes and policies
- Improve and enhance on communication to Financial Representatives related to compensation, schemes, and Third-Party compensation
- Conduct quality checks to comply with regulatory and SOX audit sampling checks
- Support in compensation projects and/or future way of working tasks as and when assigned: You will have the opportunity to work on business process improvement initiatives using future skills such as process simplifications, digitalization, analytics, agile project management, human-centered design/ user journey mapping

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree from any recognized University
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in life insurance industry
- Understand basic accounting knowledge will be a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; MS Power BI (preferred)
- A self-starter who can plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadline independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Can- do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- Meticulous, diligent, and able to handle huge database records
