Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Solution Architect to lead functional design and optimization of OTM systems, enhancing our supply chain capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OTM functional configurations in Order Management, Shipment Management, Finance, GTM, FTI, and more.
• Handle customer interactions to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Customize and integrate OTM with Oracle, SAP, and legacy systems.
• Fine-tune OTM configurations, including agents and custom events for optimal performance.
• Configure and manage automation, reports, and FTI modules.

Requirements

• 10+ years in OTM Solution Design and Architecture.
• Strong expertise in OTM core modules and technical architecture.
• Experience in log file management, automation agent actions, and custom event creation.
• Proficiency in optimizing OTM through customizations and integrations.

Job Description:

• Attend to drivers enquires via channels: call in , walks in and email
• Handle office administration, liaise with drivers who requires assistance
• Assist to comms with drivers via SMS email etc. on important messages
• Adhoc duites when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bi-lingual, good communication & interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Ensure a safety, comfort and pleasant journey while transporting passengers to their destinations
• Collect payments from passengers and maintaining a record of it.
• Abide by the road safety standards and traffic rules
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition and the fuel tank adequately filled.
• Ensure the car tyres have the required air quantity
• Regularly cleaning the car interiors and exteriors
• Send car for servicing and repairs
• Report to office weekly for feedback, submitting cash collection, fuel card and cash card top up

Working hours

• 4-days/5-days work week: 44 hours per week

Job Requirements

• Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence
• Possess a Valid Taxi Driver’s Vocational Licence (TDVL).

Monthly allowance/additional earnings

• Performance incentive of $150
• Handphone allowance of $50
• Additional earnings for additional trips completed over and beyond daily KPI requirement
