Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely.
• Listen and carryout instructions given from ground crew or helpers via radio communication or hand signals.
• Direct helpers to position outriggers and blocks properly to prevent capsizing during heavy load lifting.
• Inspect, rig, and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines.
• Assess loads to determine their weight and compare it against lifting capacity to prevent riask of overload.

• Inspect, clean and perform operator level maintenance in crane mechanism and hoisting components in accordance with standards.

Job Requirements

• Sheet Metal/Plastic injection mold design and plastic parts material (resin) selection.
• Experience in the design of metrology fixtures.
• Other relevant skill sets include metal fabrication processes in hard tooling design, progressive tooling, soft/combo tooling, stamping processes, welding/soldering processes, extrusion, casting, and secondary operations in chemical surface treatment and coating processes.
