Job Description:

• Visualize and analyze factories materials fulfilment status
• Review advance buy or risk buy of long lead time materials and propose to management for approval.
• Coordinate with Procurement on PIR in system to allow PO to release from system.
• Plan and execute procurement of raw materials from global suppliers.
• Review PO shipping term and storage location.
• Issue PO of approved advance buy or risk buy.
• Maintain strong working relationships and communications with manufacturing and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries.

• Build and maintain good relationships with CM. Perform as functional bridge between CM and the Internal Stake holders.
• Troubleshoot CM issues relating to materials status and escalate to the respective stake holders.
• Age inventory analysis and disposition.
• Make recommendations to improve productivity and efficiency of supply chain activities.
• Preparing management reports.
• Complete special projects and assignments as requested.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years experience in Planning/Supply chain area in the electronics manufacturing field required.
• Thorough understanding of the Supply Chain and MRP activities, prefer SAP knowledge.
