About the Role:
As Manager/Senior Manager, you will be part of ALPS Supply Chain Team that supports the logistic/distribution of pharmaceutical products, medical supplies and consumables for the Public Healthcare Institutions. You will be involved in the day-to-day coordination to ensure that supplies are provided efficiently to the hospital:
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to Daily Operations including inbound, outbound, inventory and return with partners
- Oversee inventory management (Cycle Count ,Stock Count, Damage, Expiry, Rotation, Safety Stock)
- Efficient in identifying, resolving, and finding the root cause of discrepancies and other related inventory errors
- To report and investigate on all discrepancies between system and partners' WMS ensuring all Root causes and CAPA are submitted timely
- Propose continuous improvements plans to mitigate discrepancy errors
- Conduct performance review with vendors and suppliers
- Work with industry partners to ensure systems are in place to deliver timely order processing, fulfillment and inventory management, with necessary compliance to Public Healthcare regulatory requirements
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply chain with min. 5 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Warehouse Operations, Material planning and Inventory management will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to multitask and work under tight timeline
- Meticulous and strong attention for details
- IT Savvy and familiar with SAP, MS Excel and etc
