[What the role is]
DEPUTY MANAGER, DRIVER ENGAGEMENT

[What you will be working on]

You will be in the Vocational Licence and Service Excellence Division, which oversees the licensing and management of drivers of public service vehicles, and bus attendants.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will lead a team to address and manage the feedback from vocational licence applicants and holders’ feedback. In the course of your work, you will play a vital role in ensuring that feedback received are addressed in a timely manner and assist the team with difficult or complex feedback cases. You will also be required to analyse the feedback received and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.

You are also required to review the feedback operation processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and better customer service.

[What we are looking for]
• Tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• At least 4 years of working experience. Candidates with experience in
operations, project management, customer service and engagement will be
preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in leading teams, change management and
customer service will be an advantage.
• Highly adaptable team player who is able to work independently and multi-
task in a dynamic and fast environment.
• Self-motivated, astute, meticulous and resourceful to produce innovative
solutions to address a range of policy and operations matters.
• Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Purpose:  

The Marketing Coordinator has the overall responsibility for being the custodian for sub-function of the marketing team for the Company's Technology Solutions, India. Assisting in events, communications, managing the vendor portals and helping in maintaining the the Company's Brand image.

Responsibilities:

• Implements marketing plans and processes across all vendors.

• Understands and manages all the vendor portals for the marketing function.

• Raises requests for activities and ensures that the same is communicated to the teams.

• Filing claims for vendors and reconciliation with the Company's Finance team.

• Purchase order and debit note management for all third-party vendors.

• Assists in the communications function.

• Database and MIS analysis of business data for marketing usage.

• Custodian for all marketing collaterals- ensures dispatch and receipt of each.

• Custodian for all marketing assets and ensures update of each.

• Helps in conducting events and sourcing for the same.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Good Communication skills (Both written and oral)

• Seeks to build high customers satisfaction (internal and external)

• Must have 2 or more years of experience in marketing / sales co-ordination.

• Prior experience in distribution and/or IT preferred

• University degree or equivalent

Responsibilities:

Category Management / Strategic Sourcing

• Category strategy development: Developing and implementing strategic plans for various categories, aligning it with the NTU's overall goals and objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and setting performance targets.

• Supplier relationship management: Build strong and collaborative partnerships with suppliers to optimize value, reduce risks, and drive mutual success. This includes selecting and onboarding suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and fostering collaboration and innovation.

• Conduct market research and analysis to understand the dynamics of various categories, including pricing trends, supplier capabilities, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. This information helps inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of category strategies with broader organizational objectives. This includes analysis of spending, regular communication, coordination, and joint decision-making in development of overall sourcing strategy/category management plan.

• Performance measurement and optimization: Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the performance of various categories. This involves tracking metrics such as customer satisfaction, and supplier performance. Leveraging on the details to identifies areas for improvement and takes actions to optimize category performance.

• Continuous improvement and innovation. This includes seeking new ways to enhance product/service offerings, exploring alternative sourcing strategies, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

• Identify and mitigate risks across the entire procurement process.

• Execute procurement tender process including development and spearhead of tender roadmap to meet NTU deliverables.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Degree Equivalent Qualification; or Equivalent professional procurement experience with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite of products to perform analytical tasks and quantitative modelling, to present and support recommendations

• Functional Competencies Experience and sound knowledge in P2P process

Good to have:

• Preference knowledge of financial systems, e.g., SAP and Ariba

• Demonstrate project and time management skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service

• Organized, meticulous with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work well with multiple competing priorities, manage projects and meet deadlines

• A good team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Proactive in pursuit of learning and are willing to put in the time and effort required to gain new skills and knowledge
