Job Description

• Position Title: Prime Mover Driver / Container Driver
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 5.5 days
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 (Trip-based incentive)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Transport containers across Singapore
• Understand how PSA operations work
• Keep cargo and the truck safe
• Take on extra tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Office Controller
• Execute client job orders for daily deliveries and collections on time, accurately, and safely

• A valid Class 4 or 5 driving license
• An excellent driving history without traffic offences
• Knowledge of Singapore's traffic laws and PSA/Jurong Port regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours

• Responsible for the vessels’ health, safety and environment compliance.
• Manage audits and inspections required by the recognized organization (RO) - ISM, ISPS and MLC.
• Oversee the vessels’ navigational matters, including approval of passage plans and conduct of navigation audits.
• Ensure compliance with terminal, operators, oil majors and charterers’ requirements.

Requirements:

• COC Class 1
• At least 2 years of experience onboard tanker and shore-based in ship management.
• Strong supervisory experience with good oral and written communication skills.

About the Team

The E-commerce Global Supply Chain and Logistics team is dedicated to enhancing clients' shopping experience and reducing logistics operational cost in TikTok E-commerce. We are currently looking for talented software engineers that have a deep understanding of machine learning (ML), operations research (OR), data mining and statistical inference.

Responsibilities

- Deeply involved in the construction of domestic and international e-commerce smart supply chain, reponsible for aggregating dimensions and product dimensions forecasting work

- Based on massive e-commerce data from live streaming rooms, short videos, shelf scenes, etc., combined with machine learning algorithms, accurately predict various dimensions of sales volume, order quantity, GMV, etc., at different lead times. Integrate the forecasting results into high-value business scenarios such as production capacity preparation and inventory planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above, with practical experience in Machine Learning, familiar with Deep Learning algorithms;

- Proficient in Python and SQL, familiar with at least one of the following language: Java/Go/C++, able to proficiently develop in Big data distributed environment;

- Self-driven, able to deeply understand the business, adapt to rapid business changes, have good personal expression and communication skills, and be able to promote project implementation.
