What’s the Role?

The Supply Chain Commercial Specialist will develop sourcing strategies and tactics based on a deep understanding of the current situation of the business, the business strategy and drivers, the local supplier market and global strategies. Requirements:
*Must have valid Class 3 License
*Must have at least 1 year of driver cum delivery experience.
*Drive 10-14ft lorry, cannot drive home.

• Responsible for driving workers from our dormitory in Choa Chu Kang to various construction sites in Singapore
• Experienced driver with at least 2 years of experience driving a 14-footer lorry
• Preferably able to communicate in basic English with workers
• Working hours: 5.30am to 8.30am (3hrs) & 6.30pm to 10.30pm (4hrs). May or may not have adhoc duties in between working hours

Job Descriptions:

• Assists in maintaining full set of accounts.
• Prepare monthly journals, schedules, accruals and prepayments, bank reconciliation.
• Generate sales invoices.
• Assist in month-end closing.
• Preparation of fund reservations and payments using internal systems and internet banking system.
• Other accounts and administrative related works.
• Ensure accounting records are prepared in accordance to FRS and all statutory requirements.
• Assist in quarterly GST submission.
• Assist in year-end audit and tax.
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent.
• Other ad-hoc projects when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year's working experience in related field.
• Ability to commence work in short notice.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
