Responsibility：

As a Lorry Driver, need to responsible transport goods from location to location. You have to follow delivery routes and schedules as assigned. Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods. Besides that, according to the purchase order, prepare the delivery order 1 day in advance for delivery the next day.

Job Description:

*Ensure the customer receives the goods in good condition.

*Delivery purchase to clients on time and collect payments and issue receipts.

*Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

*Loading, Unloading and transporting items to clients in a safe, timely manner.

*Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 25KG - 40KG for load and unload.

*Responsible for daily routine checks and maintain the general cleanliness of the vehicle.

*Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.

*Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient gas and are always ready for use.

*Reporting any accidents or delays in immediately.

*Follow food safety and quality regulations.

*Follow Manager and team leader instructions to completed the task and improve task in good service.

*Sometime need assist to warehouse packaging and processing goods.
* Flexibility working time, able to work overtime.

*Sunday, Public Holiday needs working.

What the role involves:

1. Handle and execute day-to-day Air Freight and Sea Freight Forwarding Export activities and Customer Service Shipment booking from Shipper
2. Ensure smooth daily workflow, co-ordinate with operation section and traffic
3. Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
4. Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
5. Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
6. Ensure Pre-alerts to destination offices via email
7. Manage problems, answer general inquiries and complaints for both local and overseas
8. Respond to emails promptly
9. Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
10. Ensure all data are updated timely and correctly in the system
11. Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
12. Take lead in operational issue resolutions
13. Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
14. All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager

Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Dipolma
• At least 2 years in Sea freight or Airfreight and familiar with export/import process
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• Well-organized on planning work tasks and meticulous
• A good team player with good interpersonal, communication skills and positive attitude
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

• Loading and unloading of goods onto vehicle according to delivery order
• Perform pickups and collection for the company covering specific areas
• Ensuring safe receipt, retrieval and dispatching of goods
• Delivering goods to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer service during delivery
