Purchasing Duties

• Prepare Purchase Requisition for Requestor
• Issue Purchase Order (PO) to Supplier
• Follow up order with Supplier and shipment with Supplier & Freight Forwarder on Shipping documents. (Arrival Notice, AWB, B/L, Shipping invoice & Packing).
• Submit Purchase Requisition & PO to Finance

Inventory Duties

• Issue MIN (materials issue note)
• Monitor stock transaction.

Shipping Duties

Incoming Shipment - Material Receipt Note (MRN)

• Forward the shipping incoming shipment shipping documents to freight forwarder (AP Intermodal)
• Liaise with freight forwarder for all incoming shipments
• Prepare and fill up MRN Form and necessary documents
• Follow up with freight forwarder for the local handling charges
• Compute Overseas Conversion Cost sheet (part cost + shipping charges cost + local handling) = Unit Cost
• Input all Incoming shipments data into SAGE

PURPOSE

Act as an account manager managing the HNW Broker distribution channels targeting the High Net Worth (HNW) segment.

Be part of the pioneering team to build up the HNW business at FWD.

KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES

• Responsible for business development with HNW Broker partners, including international brokers, to support FWD’s HNW strategy for both top line and bottom line.
• Support the team in product development ideas to grow top and bottom line through innovative ideas to meet client needs, offering insights into product specifications and processing requirements.

• Work effectively with case managers and HNW underwriters to manage client expectations pro-actively

• Generate business development opportunities and account management activities with FAs.
• Good understanding of the HNW segment, to identify and develop new products, that would suit the targeted HNW segment.
• Provide insights on market trends including but not limited to product features and marketing activities of competitors with specificity to the HNW segment.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure products and services are in the forefront of the market.
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met working closely with Risk and Compliance teams

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• More than 10 years of direct experience managing distribution partners with an insurer/ bank/ broker
• Have existing relationships with Banks/ International Brokers is preferred
• Familiar with the HNW IFA market

• Good understanding of life products and trends that are key within the FA channels and HNW market
• Ability to influence key internal stakeholders to deliver a winning products and services proposition
