Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales Managers with local and export documentation and delivery arrangements.
• Handle local and export sales inquiries.
• Generate sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Acknowledge customer purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods.
• Process phone sales orders from local and export customers.
• Coordinate with the Production Manager on product availability and delivery dates.
