The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, his/her role will establish and maintain sales target achievable by each sales consultant without compromising cohesiveness among the colleagues.
· Responsible for achieving sales targets of the branch office assigned by the Director
· To assist the Director to manage and grow the branch business in bukit timah area. Areas of responsibility include Sales Consultant monthly target, Forecasting and Reporting management and Proposals and Contracts administration management.
· Liaises with both internal and external parties necessary to ensure sales target success: Company Management, Suppliers, Workers and the customers
