Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and general affairs for the company’s Singapore branch.
- Manage fixed assets, ensuring accurate record-keeping and optimizing asset utilization.
- Coordinate logistical support, including office cleanliness and environmental health inspections, in collaboration with cleaning staff.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and departmental materials to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage employee accommodation, maintaining a conducive environment and enhancing their overall experience.
- Assist with external visitor arrangements, including reception room setup, tea service, and visitor parking logistics.
- Organize and monitor the company’s security measures to safeguard personnel and property, conducting regular inspections of safety equipment and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 1–3 years of experience in administration, logistics, or fixed asset management.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to support bilingual communication needs.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
- High sense of responsibility and customer service orientation.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively.
