Responsibilities
- Maintain and provide efficiency in achieving KPI,
- Document and Improve SOP to improve efficiency of business
- Identify digitalisaiton opportunities with CEO and support CEO in digitalising processes to ensure better effectiveness and efficiency of service
- Prepare regular reports, perform audit on operations to assist CEO to close performance gaps
- Develop marketing material to increase leads.
- Pursue leads personally and to work with team members to ensure leads are followed up
Requirements
- Candidates with at least 2 year of experience in a similar role will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Quick-minded, resourceful and capable of learning fast and independently
- Open to flexible working arrangements and weekends
- Comfortable working and communicating with diverse stakeholders such as employers, domestic helpers, government agencies and partners.
