Clinic Leader
Job Responsibilities
• Oversee and support clinic operations which includes manpower and resource planning, clinic maintenance, implementation of initiatives & projects/workflows roll-out
• Perform duties of regular dental clinic operation, including registration, dispensing of medications, collection of payment and enquiries
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and working instructions in all areas related to operations
• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care
• Maintaining clinic cleanliness and tidiness
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior
• Other ad-hoc duties as tasked by superior
Qualifications & Experience
• Preferably a Diploma
• Relevant healthcare-related qualifications and/or experiences will be an advantage
• Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector are encouraged to apply
• Some dental knowledge preferred
Skills
• Self-motivated and able to work well in a team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with common office applications like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Preferably sales background
• Outgoing and vocal
Salary
• Basic S$3200 to S$4500 depending on work experience and based on 44 hours of work per week
Working Hours
• Weekdays 9am to 6pm
• Saturdays 9am to 5pm
