JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan, schedule, organize and co-ordinate site installation works of security and communication and related systems projects, which include;

• Planning and scheduling of site installation works;
• Monitor site installation progress of sub-contractors, prepare progress reports,
• Attend site and co-ordination meetings, and technical meetings, prepare site documentation
• Plan equipment installation schedules, and schedule system testing and interfacing works
• Reports to the Project Manager and assist in carrying out specific site related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Polytechnic Diploma/ Degree/ Master in Civil Engineering/Construction
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good team player, able to lead and multi task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• MS Office skills – Excel/Words/Powerpoint

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
• Ensure all maintenance and repair works adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget, and accurately documented.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize machinery performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Liaise internally between operations teams to address machinery breakdowns and operational concerns.
• Coordinate data collection on auxiliary materials from operations teams and report accordingly.
• Manage receipt, maintenance, and monitoring of machinery parts inventory.
• Collect machinery maintenance repair data and costs for analysis.
• Prepare monthly machinery reports detailing maintenance activities and performance metrics.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support operational needs and project requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Equivalent.
• Preferably with at least 7 years of working experience dealing with machinery.
• Those who have experiences in machinery spare parts will have added advantage.
• Resourceful with positive attitude and able to work independently.

Roles & Responsibilities

M&E Engineer is responsible for :-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;

· Control the progress of shop drawings, technical submissions and equipment/material procurement/fabrication/delivery status for on-time completion.

· Coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and subcontractors on all technical matters, including submission of method statement, drawings, materials, samples and work progress;

· Control site progress & installation quality as per approved;

· Carry out inspection of M&E works prior to concreting or subsequent construction works;

· Assist in supervising and coordinating work closely with other departments;

· Assist for submission of evaluation of progress claim, variation work to M&E Manager

· Participate in all relevant project meetings;

· Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record;

· Responsible for M&E drawing coordination and production of CSD and individual service drawings quality;

· Responsible for conducting inspection to meet with construction schedule;

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date;

· Ensure quality of MEP workmanship and compliance with safety and environmental requirements;

· Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date;

· Allocate work and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

· Min of 2 years’ work experience related projects in Singapore building and construction industry;

· Strong Electrical/Mechanical knowledge with hands-on experiences;

· Sound knowledge in BIM, Revit, Autocad would be an advantage;

· Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams to execute work
