Job Description:

• Oversight of physical plant to ensure studio is in working order.
• Oversight shall include managing contracts, schedule maintenance/upgrades ongoing, pro-actively monitor studio for cleanliness and manage defects, facilitate equipment deliveries and installation;
• Assist with Marketing and Customer Service as required;
• Liaise with HTS Holdings Ltd.’s COO to ensure all SOPS are in accordance with studio policy;
• Maintain studio Operations Manual to ensure all information is up-to-date and thorough,
• HR Duties: Prepare payroll and distribute payslips to staff, handle MPF, track annual leave and holiday requests. On and off boarding employees, and employee recruitment ads, HR documents including visa applications, employment contracts, company letters of reference, maintain HR database and records;
• Bookkeeping / Accounting Duties: Accounting data entries, invoicing, tracking AP/AR, filing company documents, liaise with Company Secretary and Accountant to assist conducting annual audit ;
• Perform administrative duties as directed including but not limited to, sourcing and ordering materials and equipment, company printing needs, liaise with vendors including banks, insurance brokers, et al: and
• Handle assigned ad hoc tasks as requested by Directors such as travel arrangements for visiting instructors and educators and any other such task as Employee shall be directed.

Upscale fitness Studio with two locations in Hong Kong, and one in Singapore, seeks Studio Manager to oversee Singapore branch at Palais Renaissance on Orchard Road. Candidate will have senior management experience in the fitness industry with knowledge of sales, customer service and physical plant operations; knowledge of MBO. Position oversees Studio Supervisor and other Front Desk Team, and liaises with HR, Marketing, Sales and Company Directors. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin. Successful candidates should have 3 years’ management experience in the fitness industry, and relevant references. Salary commensurate with experience. Team bonus offered for achieving monthly targets.

1. Customer Service and Schedule Management

a. Daily, Weekly, Monthly procedures for Customer Service/Front Desk

b. Recruit, train and manage Front Desk Staff in all Customer Service and Operational procedures as well as Sales; set studio policies

c. Follow and train staff in Customer Service protocol

d. Reviewing of POS system and terms (credit card, PayNow, etc)

e. Answer enquiries for corporate, complimentary and promotional classes

f. MindBody Online (MBO) management

i. Plan and set instructors schedules

ii. Monitor unpaid visits monthly

iii. Freeing up slots for new clients (make the call to cancel class, or adjusting instructor’s availability)

iv. Setting and updating pricing

v. MBO Comms: (listed policies, waivers, auto-emails, client forms, etc

2. Physical Plant

a. Oversee physical plant; responsible for upgrades/maintenance

b. Develop and follow protocol for handling physical plant emergencies

c. Supervise cleaners; review and change cleaning agency if studio sanitary and cleanliness standards are not met.

3. Human Resource Management

a. Review current staff organization and job functions

b. Implement changes for greater effectiveness

c. Communicate with and manage non-instructing staff regarding job function, expectations and performance

d. Check payroll reports before submission for payment

e. Answer questions regarding employment contracts, payroll, etc

4. Sales

a. Annual revenue projection

b. Set monthly targets

c. Compile accurate and final data for Monthly Overview and Sales Summary reports

d. Set up of Corporate Membership Program, Corporate discount details and create info sheet to disseminate to Corporate staff

Job Description:

• Must be multi-talented, trained in Classical Pilates with a strong business acumen;
• Min. 12 Classical Pilates training hours per week, delivering private and small group sessions to clients;
• Oversee the Company's digital marketing strategy and campaign;
• Responsible for social media planning and posts, video production, and KOL campaigns to support regional brand-building;
• Coordinate the Real Pilates Classical Teacher Training program in Singapore;
• Recruit and onboard trainees with bi-annual intake cycles.

Requirements:

• Must have a Master's degree related to business and marketing, preferably MBA;
• Has at least 4 years of classical pilates training;
• Has received training in both classical and contemporary pilates training with basic knowledge of anatomy;
• Has at least 6 years of experience in marketing (online and offline), branding, and entrepreneurship;
• Has at least 2 years in sales, managerial position, preferably in a corporate or multinational company;
• Has at least 6 years in managing social media content, video production, and influencer campaigns.
