Job Description:
- Oversight of physical plant to ensure studio is in working order.
- Oversight shall include managing contracts, schedule maintenance/upgrades ongoing, pro-actively monitor studio for cleanliness and manage defects, facilitate equipment deliveries and installation;
- Assist with Marketing and Customer Service as required;
- Liaise with HTS Holdings Ltd.’s COO to ensure all SOPS are in accordance with studio policy;
- Maintain studio Operations Manual to ensure all information is up-to-date and thorough,
- HR Duties: Prepare payroll and distribute payslips to staff, handle MPF, track annual leave and holiday requests. On and off boarding employees, and employee recruitment ads, HR documents including visa applications, employment contracts, company letters of reference, maintain HR database and records;
- Bookkeeping / Accounting Duties: Accounting data entries, invoicing, tracking AP/AR, filing company documents, liaise with Company Secretary and Accountant to assist conducting annual audit ;
- Perform administrative duties as directed including but not limited to, sourcing and ordering materials and equipment, company printing needs, liaise with vendors including banks, insurance brokers, et al: and
- Handle assigned ad hoc tasks as requested by Directors such as travel arrangements for visiting instructors and educators and any other such task as Employee shall be directed.
