JOB SUMMARY:
The Membership & Co-working Space Executive is responsible for supporting the Membership team with Membership sales, administrative duties and management of our co-working space, Bardo.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Membership:
- Support Membership team with all member admin including updating databases and our CRM platform, Peoplevine and lightspeed.
- Giving tours to prospective members & bardo tenants. .
- Work with membership and finance team for additional member related matters such as renewals, disputes, suspensions, terminations and finance related matters
- Support Membership team with loyalty/ surprise & delight related initiatives such as care packages, birthday cards, top spender rewards.
- Support Membership & Partnerships Director with member analysis, reports and surveys
- Manage highly sensitive membership data
- Support Membership Team with community groups and events where necessary.
- Ensuring reception area is well-stocked with up-to-date profile forms and other membership/Bardo marketing collateral
- Maintaining the membership card printer
Bardo:
- Respond to Bardo enquiries, give tours of Bardo, onboard new members, manage Bardo member terminations
- Work with finance team for Bardo member monthly finance and ad-hoc requests / queries
- Create and plan a Bardo community programme
- Business development, especially for Bardo – including basic business analytics
- Manage Bardo tenants ensuring they are happy and content with the environment and service
- Manage communications with Bardo tenants, working closely with Marketing & Communications Team when required
- Generate Bardo reports for management team
- Ensuring daily cleanliness and maintenance of Bardo
- Performing add-on services for Bardo tenants (local and international couriers, scanning of letters for virtual office tenants)
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years work experience in a sales & customer service focussed role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong team player
- Must be able to prioritise and multi-task
- Strong proficiency in organization, problem solving and communication
- Flexible to work occasional evenings and weekends
