Famous cheezecake brand QUEIC is looking for General Manager of Operations who responsible for overseeing an organisation’s daily operations and managing the business aspects of the company. Their primary duties include reviewing and implementing operational procedures, assisting departmental heads and managing company finances.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Management of Multiple Departments with a focus on Food Factory Production.
- Create a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving to drive performance and productivity improvement.
- Giving valuable advise on culunary aspects of the products.
- Analyze data, develop metrics and strategies to improve profitability, accountability, and revenue.
- Provide department productivity, process, and efficiency reporting.
- Responsible for training and mentoring managers and employee
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
- Oversee the creation and management of budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Setting production targets, managing budget and resources, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, strategizing for process improvements, and leading a team of department heads and staff.
- Negotiations with suppliers and clients, oversee maintenance and procurement, and report to higher executives or the board of directors.
Qualiifcation:
- at least 5 years experience in food production and central kitchen managment
- relevant professional diploma or degree.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Extensive knowledge of baked food manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- In-depth understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
