Job Responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up with insurance companies and patients on outstanding bills, ensuring timely payment.
• Investigate and resolve disputes relating to bills and payments, coordinating with relevant parties to ensure case closure.
• Ensure all collection activities are recorded accurately.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders on AR matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports in a timely manner.
• Conduct monthly aged balance review with stakeholders.
• Undertake account reconciliations as required.

• Perform customers debt collections, including sending email reminders.
• Prepare fee collection report.
• Compute commission charges for Credit Card & PayLah payment.
• Perform bank charges posting and bank statement reconciliation.
• Perform computation of late fees.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing and follow up actively to reduce AR days.
• Liaise with customers / institutions on billing matters / disputes.
• Monthly download AR details report.
• Month-end to assist in payment receipts postings.

• Responsible for daily payments receipted / bank postings
• Ensure that all incoming funds are accounted for
• Follow up on unidentified payments and ensure that payments are updated promptly
• Handles GIRO collections and refunds processing
• Process GIRO \ Direct Debit application forms, such as submit forms to bank for processing and follow-up
• Perform GL clearing and ensure closure of GL accounts
• Responsible to accomplish bank reconciliation

• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to Hospitals’ Business Offices for their review.

Job Requirements:

• Manages and provides support to outsource call centre(s)
• Handle incoming phone calls and emails to ensure customer’s payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame
• Provide quality service on hospital’s payment matters including customers’ enquiries and feedback to both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

Reporting to the Head of Sundry Billing & Inter-company, the candidate will be responsible for the daily operation of Accounts Receivable (AR), Sundry Billing (SB) and Inter-company (IC) functions; and the teams are effective in delivering services to institutions in accordance with 1FSS Service Level Agreement (SLA), SB Service Catalogue.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable, Sundry Billing and Inter-company activities for all PHIs.
