Job Description:
- Generate Service Agreement Documentations to renewal and new customers
- Update confirmed Service Agreement Documentations to CRM system
- Processing of quotations for billing
- Liaise with Supervisor and Technician on servicing and repair schedule
- Contact customers to arrange and inform them on servicing schedule
- Segregating internal documentations to respective parties
- Prepare required paperwork for Service Manager
- Perform administrative duties
- Attending to phone enquiries
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience in Manufacturing or Engineering sector
- Knowledge in MS Office Applications and CRM system
- Possess an eye for details
- Flexible and adaptive to changes as needed
- Keen interest in learning
