The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting decision-making processes. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the company achieves its strategic objectives, particularly as we expand our fleet and client base.

We are seeking highly professional and reliable individuals to join our growing team of limousine drivers. As a key representative of 1ST Class Group, you will ensure safe, timely, and exceptional service for our clients while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

• Operational Management:
  Oversee operational activities including handling team member and customer grievances/complaints, financial reporting, legal compliance, and safety matters.
• Vendor Coordination:
  Collaborate with external vendors for routine and ad-hoc limousine/shuttle activations, leveraging historical trends, special events, and public holiday requirements.
• Strategic Planning and Execution:
  Develop and enhance departmental strategies and action plans for effective execution by the team, driving operational excellence.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners/agencies to ensure seamless operations.
• Operations Improvement:
  Support diverse projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Fleet and Manpower Utilization:
  Formulate and implement strategies for optimal fleet and manpower utilization, driving productivity and continuous improvement.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Enforce safe work procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations for team members.
• Training and Development:
  Identify training needs within the limousine team and execute relevant programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Team Motivation and Counseling:
  Motivate and guide team members to maximize their potential, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Performance Management:
  Conduct performance appraisals and ensure all team members, including outsourced drivers, adhere to 1CG’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Team Building:
  Promote a progressive team culture and maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Human Resources Functions:
  Handle HR-related responsibilities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, welfare administration, work pass processing (application, renewal, and cancellation), and other related activities.
• Payroll and Budgeting:
  Assist in budgeting and forecasting payroll-related costs. Prepare employee status change forms for salary adjustments, transfers, etc., and review attendance, leave, medical claims, and other expenses.
• Process Improvement:
  Regularly review and improve workflows, regulatory compliance, and work practices for better efficiency and alignment with company goals.
• Policy Compliance:
  Ensure payroll policies and processes are consistently administered in line with company policies and statutory regulations through audits, reports, and monitoring.
• Performance and Compensation Support:
  Provide assistance during annual performance and salary review exercises.
• Other Duties:
  Perform any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
