He is to accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.

Manages the installation of solar power systems, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards:

• Manage teams: Lead and motivate teams of installers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Coordinate tasks: Schedule daily tasks for site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ensure compliance: Verify safety procedures and equipment, and ensure work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and design specifications
• Provide technical support: Provide technical assistance to installers and other solar professionals
• Monitor progress: Track installation progress, inspect work, and document work
• Communicate: Communicate clearly with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
• Prepare documentation: Ensure accurate completion of all required documentation, checklist, timecards, and photography
• Assess sites: Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements
• Identify cost-saving opportunities: Identify means to reduce costs, minimize risks, or increase efficiency

Site supervisor responsiblities:

- assess and manage safety hazards in the workplace

- managing and instructing the site workers

- setting goals for the team and seeing projects through to completion

Site engineer responsibilites:

- monitor diversified aspects of construction project management which include planning, coordination and supervision of on-site activities

- ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering and design specifications, industry standards and construction regulations
