Accounts Responsibilities

• Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform weekly and monthly closing P&L reports

• Perform stock checks of warehouse & van every month end

• Prepare and Balance Monthly GST G5 report

• General administrative/other ad-hoc duties.

HR Responsibilities

• Maintain records and compile reports such as attendance, leave and overtime etc.

• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters

• Assist in shortlisting, recruiting and arranging of interviews during the recruitment process

• Liaise with insurance companies regarding company and staff insurance matters

• Handle MOM work pass related matters

• Register and update employee's training courses and training grants

Requirements

• Meticulous and ability to Multi-task

• Independent and good team player

• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

• Good communication skills in English

Quality:

• Attend to Clients' complaints on pest issues and understand the potential causes of pests' activities before deploying Operations Exec. / Manager to site.
• Arrange technicians to conduct follow up services based on the findings of the operations team and follow up with technicians to ensure that the pest's activities are totally resolved.
• Conduct on-site routine reviews to Client's premises to check on the quality of the technical team and ensure Company's SOP and Protocol are followed thru' by technicians.
• Prepare ad-hoc / monthly formal reports to clients with recommendations for remedial actions for enhanced protection of their premises.
• Attend meetings with technical team as well as NEA inspections on site.

Safety:

• Implement on work plan, Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, hygiene standards to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety & Health Environment.
• Maintain mandatory records and other documentations for Bizsafe Level 3 Certification.
• Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge on General pests & safety regulations will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Possess good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates).
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice.
• 5 days work week (Afternoon shift).
• 5.5 days work week (Morning shift).

• Must have Class 3 driving licence

• Working days: Mondays - Sundays, Off on Saturdays

• Must be prepared to be on standby duty after office hours even on weekends or public holidays
