21 Aesthetics & Medical Clinic is on the lookout for an energetic and inventive Marketing Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be instrumental in propelling our brand’s visibility and spearheading marketing initiatives across various channels. A significant focus of this position is lead generation in the beauty sector, utilizing both traditional and digital marketing strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute innovative lead generation strategies specifically tailored for the beauty and wellness industry.
Utilize analytics tools to track the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales teams to optimize the conversion process from leads to customers.
Social Media Management:
Partner with appointed vendors, our creative department, and content creators to produce compelling content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
Engage actively with online communities to boost brand presence and customer interaction.
Stay ahead of social media trends and employ analytics to ensure content effectiveness and alignment with brand goals.
Out of Home Ads Management:
Strategize, book, and manage advertising campaigns in key locations such as shopping malls and other high-traffic outdoor areas.
Work with vendors and internal teams to guarantee timely and successful ad placements.
Digital Asset Management:
Collaborate with vendors and the marcom team to keep the company website and landing pages up-to-date.
Optimize landing pages, manage form submissions integration with Google Sheets, and maintain high functionality and loading speeds of all digital assets.
Video Production:
Initiate and outline briefs for video projects and oversee the production process with content creators and production companies from inception to delivery.
General Marketing Duties:
Support the marketing team with various tasks as needed to ensure the success of our marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, with substantial experience in lead generation within the beauty environment.
* Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and proficiency in engaging storytelling.
* Experienced with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CMS and social media analytics tools.
