1. Prepare reports, designs and drawings.
2. Liaise with clients and a variety of professionals like RTO and subcontractors.
3. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status.
4. Ensure projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
5. Inspect project to ensure conformance to design specifications.
6. Estimate quantities and cost of materials, schedule materials and equipment purchase and delivery.
7. Other duties as assigned.
