Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct construction projects for piling works and structural steelwork
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and attend site meetings
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Adhere to Company Safety Standards
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Meet contractual conditions of performance
- Review the work progress daily.
- Plan to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Obtain permits and licenses
- Analyse, manage, and mitigate risks
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required by the management.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Construction Industry (Piling Works and/or Structural Steelwork)
- Understanding all facets of the construction process
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Possess Singapore Class 3 Licence
