We're looking for fashion enthusiasts to join us as a Retail Store Associate!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Process clothing buy-back transactions and ensure quality control.
- Support store management with inventory control and stock organization.
- Training new staff on site and supporting store operations.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
- Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is a must.
