Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, assess, and diagnose concrete structures for damages or deterioration.
- Design and propose effective repair solutions for concrete structures, including cracks, spalling, and structural defects.
- Manage and oversee on-site repair works, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare project documentation, including reports, work schedules, and progress updates.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equilivent.
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and techniques for concrete repair.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s building regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Class 3 driving license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in concrete repair or structural assessment (e.g., ACI certification).
- Experience with specialized repair techniques such as epoxy injection or fiber reinforcement.
- Proven experience in concrete repair, construction, or structural engineering.
