We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Product Consultant with extensive of experience in Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Wealth Management and Triple A+. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of the domain and technical skills to drive product excellence and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

· Lead the implementation and customization of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager solutions for clients.

· Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.

· Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards in Wealth Management.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions that meet client needs.

· Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

· Ensure seamless integration of Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager with existing client systems.

· Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all project phases, including requirements, design, and testing.

· Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower clients with the knowledge to effectively use the implemented solutions.

· Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise.

· Provide ongoing support and maintenance to clients, ensuring optimal performance of the implemented solutions.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Wealth Management and related technologies.

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

· Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Requirements

· Possess extensive experience in implementing and customizing Triple A Plus and Temenos Wealth Manager.

· Demonstrate a deep understanding of Wealth Management principles and practices.

· Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex client requirements.

· Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

· Hold a relevant certification in Triple A Plus or Temenos Wealth Manager.

Mission:

The Offer Creation Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that the project meets its goals for customer satisfaction & quality, time to market, development expenses and product costs, to ensure meeting the profitability target for all assigned projects in Control and Signaling (C&S) activity.

1 - Responsibilities:

· Be customer and business focused, set the vision with project stakeholders

· Manage the development of all project activities from the initiation to the closure, covering the scope of all Functions

· Develop, with the Project Team, the Project Management Plan and keep it up to date during the life of the project. Tailor the project plan in line with project goals, look for efficiency opportunity

· Define and manage the project budget, resources, and schedule

· Organize, lead, and motivate the project team and synchronize the team with the other teams

· Challenge the functions to take ownership of the project objectives

· Lead the decision-making process at the project level and at the right time

· Apply risk management techniques to identify the risks and issues, and implement effective risk response plans

· Manage the overall project planning, organize arbitration and, in the event of deviation, propose and implement corrective actions

· Provide the project evaluation and project status to management on a regular basis

2 – Requirements & Skills:

· 2-3 years minimum in project management of electromechanical and/or electronic products

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in electro-mechanical / electrical / electronic engineering

· Industrial products’ knowledge is preferred

· Development and understand business cases, basic financial knowledge

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills within cross-functional environment, resolving conflicts to achieve results

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

3 - Environment:

This position will be based in Singapore and reporting to Project Management Officer (PMO) in C&S activity.

Functional authority to manage international teams, working in all the area involved in offer creation process: marketing, design (mechanical, electronic, firmware, software), laboratory, advanced manufacturing, quality, plants and purchasing etc. To be the main interface with Partners (international) and Legal for projects of "brand-labelled" offers.
