Deployment of manpower for all operations
Recruitment of Part Timers
Expansion of Manpower Networking
Part Timers Database & Segmentation
Communications with part timers - gathering feedback on ground from promoters
Managing Recruitment Channel, eg - telegram & etc
Admin - Sales Report & Photo Documentation on weekly basis
Warehouse Duty - minimum once a week (include packing, managing logistic delivery schedule & communicate with partners)
Store Check over Weekday / Weekend
Monitoring & Documenting of Advertising & Promotion Activities
Exploring creative/Innovative ways of enhancing reporting system
Any other tasks being given by the superior
Flexi Working Hours on weekdays
Working days: 5.5 days per week
Annual Leave: 14 days
