Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of detail shop drawings for project construction
Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design changes and model changes
Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform
Able to resolve drawing discrepancies (e.g clashes).
Responsible for maintaining and updating of BIM model until as build
As-built drawing for submission/ handover for project completion to Client.
Requirements
BIM certificate/diploma will be an added advantage
At least 2 years of working experience in structural and archi field.
Proficient in Autocad
Good understanding of the Singapore Construction Industry regulations and proficient with latest Singapore BIM Guidelines
Good interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude
