Job Description:

· Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, processing, and recording accounts payable data.

· Recording of incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

· Preparing bills, invoices and bank deposits.

· Reconciling bank accounts transactions including foreign currencies.

· Reconciling intercompany transactions.

· Understand and responsible for assets accounting, journal entries, prepayment and accrual.

· Handling full sets of accounts to ensure month-end closing.

· Preparing monthly Management Account Report

The Senior Specialist (Modern & Contemporary Art) is responsible for orchestrating the Modern & Contemporary Art Auction, requiring good knowledge of the art market and strong client relationship management to bring in business for the department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Duties include but are not limited to the following):

• Reach out to major clients (collectors, dealers, corporations, institutions) in the sale of high value property.
• Active participation in sourcing and selling of the department works

The General Workers (Art Handler / Storekeeper) will be an essential worker in the gallery team! The candidate will handle our art inventory, ensuring that works are well kept and displayed in our gallery until they leave the gallery. The candidate will also upkeep the high-end environment of the gallery. The candidate will report to the gallery manager.

Responsibilities:

· Set up the gallery display, including hanging the paintings, moving sculptures and pedestals, adjusting lighting, etc.

· Pack the artworks in a professional manner and arrange them in the storeroom.

· Perform delivery and installation work to the customers

· Perform cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping the gallery, clearing rubbish bins, wiping glass windows, wash utensils, etc.

Requirements:
- Able to converse in English-Mandarin Chinese or Bahasa Melayu/Indonesian.
- Of fit stature and able to carry reasonably heavy artwork.

Responsibilities:

Logistics and Operations:

- Assist Business Director in management of logistics and operational aspects of the jewellery department, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.

- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of jewellery items.

- Assist in the preparation and organization of jewellery auctions, including cataloging, lotting, and display setup.

- Maintain accurate records of jewellery inventory, including tracking consignments, loans, and acquisitions.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures related to the handling and transportation of jewellery items.

Visual Merchandising and Display:

- Collaborate with the Business Director and marketing teams to create visually appealing displays and presentations for jewellery auctions and previews.

- Assist in the setup and arrangement of jewellery displays, ensuring that items are showcased in an attractive and accessible manner.

- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the jewellery department's physical space, including showcases, displays, and signage.

Qualifications:
