· Warmly welcome and greet our members and their guests to our Club
· Provide good customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries
· Attend to phone inquiries and ensure all reservations are confirmed
· Maintain good guest relations at all times and attend to the needs of the customers professionally
· Ensure daily operations in Front Office run smoothly, oversee daily cleanliness, safety measures and assist in the co-ordination of special events, ensuring a secure and compliant dining environment
· Positive attitude with an outgoing personality
· Well-groomed and takes pride in looking good
· Great communication and excellent customer service skills
· Good in Microsoft Office and Excel
· Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
