Full-time only as it's not easy to be a Swim instructor who produces results and we are result-oriented. This is a job that requires patience, quick thinking, execution, street smart, and always looking to improve yourself.
Our mobile team of Swimming Instructors is looking for suitable candidates to do what we enjoy doing, Swimming teaching. This job is extremely tough as you need to be under the hot sun and be in the pool with the students for demonstration, safety reasons, command, and control. It requires loads of traveling from condo to condo. Handling kid's emotional changes, during the class, as your pre-training plan will need to be changed drastically to plan ad-hoc.
As we are building a team of new Swimming Instructors. You have to forsake some time for Quality training and senior Instructors for live class attachments. We wouldn’t sabotage ourselves and throw you onto the battlefield without proper training and live stages.
We don’t need Competitive Swimmers as our Swim Instructors. As our comprehensive training, we can train anyone from a non-swimmer to clear the local Swim Safer 2.0 Gold standard within the first month of training. Within a year or less, you will be required to clear the UK program that requires you to swim 400m in 8 minutes as part of the Swim school requirements. Yes, you are not wrong! It’s a tradition for us, just like clearing the N.S. IPPT. We want you to be proud of your achievement and able to do the same for all our students.
We are serious in whatever we do and we need our Swim Instructors to benefit from the rigorous standard we set for our students and our Swim Instructors too. Swimming teaching brings us joy, so if you are not ready for this. Please skip this and move on to something else.
